I have always been fascinated by the way the body works and tries to repair itself despite everything we throw at it.<\/h5>\n<\/div>

After 30 years plus of working in IT I started training in soft tissue therapy as a potential second career. 7 years on I have earned 2 diplomas, one in Holistic Massage and one in Remedial and Sports Massage and am now a full time therapist. I continue to study to keep my skills up to date and have completed a number of further courses as there is always more to explore.<\/p>\n

I love nature, gardening and the outdoors. I also enjoy keeping fit by cycling and running on a regular basis. I believe that getting out and exercising under a big wide sky is an amazing stress buster. When I feel less energetic I enjoy reading and doing a whole range of crafts and spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n

I am a firm believer in working with the body to achieve therapeutic aims and treating the whole person rather than just their symptoms. Over the years I have worked with a wide range of amazing people of different ages with varying challenges and aims. I consider it a privilege to be able to be part of their journey as they cope with aches and pains, prepare for sporting events or just work to maintain their physical health.<\/p>\n<\/div>
